for contact purposes, based on the consent expressed through the form provided by Tailors Club Poland Sp. z o.o. in paper or electronic form, i.e., in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interest of Tailors Club Poland Sp. z o.o., i.e., in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
for marketing communication purposes, including providing selected information about products and services of Tailors Club Poland Sp. z o.o., informing about events related to current market activities, among others, by sending newsletters via email and SMS messages, as well as for market research purposes. The above is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, i.e., in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
when it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on Tailors Club Poland Sp. z o.o., i.e., on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
when it is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on Tailors Club Poland Sp. z o.o., i.e., on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending claims, which constitutes our or your legitimate interest, i.e., on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Providing data is voluntary, and in contractual relationships, it is a requirement for concluding and performing the contract.
Data may be transferred to entities with which Tailors Club Poland Sp. z o.o. pursues the indicated purposes, including entities maintaining IT infrastructure, providing accounting services. The Controller may also transfer the above data to certain affiliated companies in Poland and abroad, as well as to certain business partners and contractors (entities providing services to the Controller or certain companies affiliated with it, including clothing production and creation and maintenance of IT infrastructure), who may use your data and contact you for the purposes indicated above.
You have the right to:
access your personal data;
withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data;
rectify your personal data, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR;
erase your personal data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, if:
the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed,
you exercise your right to object,
processing is based on consent that has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing,
personal data have been processed unlawfully.
The right to erasure does not apply if processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, compliance with a legal obligation, public interest, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Regardless of the above, pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Controller violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Data are stored until an objection is raised, and in contractual relationships – for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period required to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Controller, including in connection with storing documentation, e.g., for tax purposes. Personal data may also be stored for the period of claims filed or possible to be filed.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Economic Area.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling) in such a way that any decisions could be made as a result of such automated processing.
