1) TAX
Currently, all prices are provided in PLN and include value added tax (VAT). The exchange rate will be defined by your payment card issuer.
2) DUTIES
Important information concerning all orders processed outside of the EU:
Orders below EUR/USD 200 will not be subject to customs duties or import duties (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). Orders at the value of EUR 200 and more will be subject to customs duties on the part of the customer (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid).
All customs duties or import duties are charged when the parcel arrives at the destination country. Under the DDU terms, the payments have to be made by the parcel recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these payments and we are unable to foresee their amount. Customs policy differs to a considerable extent between particular countries. You can contact the local customs office in order to gain more information.
3) DELIVERY TIME
- Europe, Canada, USA – 1-5 working days
- The remaining supported countries – 1-8 working days
Our aim is to deliver ready-to-wear products within 5 working days and customised products within 5 weeks. Delivery is available via Fedex International Priority, DPD, or UPS Standard Delivery.

5) IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING DELIVERY
5.1. All orders are sent from our Transmission Warehouse in Gdynia, Poland, with the use of the tracking services for your safety and comfort.
5.2. Remember that we do not offer delivery to multiple addresses as part of one order yet. The above service requires placing separate orders with given delivery addresses of your choice. We do not offer delivery to post office boxes.
5.3. Make sure that the delivery address is correct, as we are unable to redirect the orders when they are already on their way. There is some likelihood that we will require to verify your personal details with your payment card issuer before sending the offer.
5.4. You can track your order with the tracking number provided by the courier. You will find your tracking number in your account or in the dispatch confirmation e-mail. Our couriers deliver orders during regular office working hours from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to organise a notification concerning the delivery date or to book a delivery date. The courier will try to deliver the parcel for 2 consecutive working days, leaving a notice each time. Undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse.
5.5. We want to fulfil the whole purchase process – from receiving the order, receiving the payment, to order processing – within 20 working days. We will make every effort to ensure the shortest possible delay. We have a close collaboration with our supplier in order to minimise the potential impact of non-standard delays for our international customers.
An additional working day for deliveries on bank holidays should be taken into account:

- 25, 26 December
5.6. In case of a delay in the delivery of the ordered goods, we will provide our help as soon as possible. If the goods cannot be delivered within the planned period of time, we will notify you about the delay.
5.7. Tailors Club insures each order for the period of delivery and until it is delivered to your address. We require a signature for all delivered goods. At that point, the responsibility for the purchased goods is transferred to you. If you are not the recipient of the parcel (e.g. in case of gift orders), the person providing the signature upon parcel delivery confirms the collection and is responsible for the order.
